Vintage Tile Printable Papers for Junk Journals
As a designer, I don’t have a favorite color per se… I like whatever color will do the job that needs doing. That said, I love blue in interior design. Blue is a color I can live with easily. Add in the idea of vintage and distressed? Yep. You got me! This set of printable papers is based on actual vintage Moroccan tiles. In fact, I used these designs to make myself a small set of drawers to collect all the bits and bobs that seem to gather on bedside tables and in bedside drawers… I love how the different tile designs work together in a cohesive whole without being…

Madcap Violets Collage Pages on Etsy
I have always loved violets. I vividly remember when my dad purchased violets at the local garden store to plant under the Stewardia Dogwood in our backyard, when we lived in Timonium Maryland. Looking thru vintage postcards and garden catalogs, there were many violets and violet related designs available back at the end of the 18oos and early 1900s. Finding adorable ones was a lotta fun as I worked on these designs 😉 Here are collage pages and reverse pages perfect for any Junk Journal! I had a blast designing these and my husband, Jeffrey, named the set… How can anyone resist that vintage Madcap Violets illustration by the Prang…

Colorful Grunge Reverse Page Printable Papers for Junk Journals
Junk Journals are all about detail, textures, and layers. Rarely is a page, image, or element left to stand alone. When I use digital designs, I like to print the reverse sides with something, rather than leaving them plain. I have found this set of designs to be extremely flexible for that usage… I can dress them up with images tied to the theme of the journal, add pockets, or any other embellishment. These pages have color, grunge, and lovely French ephemera adding to their intricacy. They were designed to add interest to the backs of focal pages and are a great base for creating additional layers and detail. …

Asian Ephemera Geisha Kit for Junk Journals
The designs in this junk journal kit came about after I saw the wonderful watercolor illustrations of Geishas. I had already purchased the Japanese ephemera and scanned it. Together these two resources comprise a junk journal kit evocative of the mysteries of the Orient and graceful, ethereal Japanese women. I love the contrast between the unique ephemera backgrounds and the subtle watercolor images. This design consists of twelve junk journal pages featuring delightful Geishas illustrated in watercolor, along with vintage Japanese Ephemera Pages/Image sizes are 11 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches high. You print them yourself. This Kit can be purchased here – https://www.etsy.com/listing/958977453/asian-ephemera-geisha-junk-journal-kit Use…

Patent Drawings Blueprints Printable Papers for Junk Journals
I have always been intrigued by the mysterious quality of blueprints (back in the day) and blackline working drawings more recently. The physical heft of a roll of working drawings, and the anticipatory tingle as a specific drawing is unrolled and laid out onto a large surface… bringing back wonderful memories of my time in a Theatre scene shop, starting as a lowly intern/apprentice and on thru my days as Assistant Tech Director, Tech Director, Assistant Designer, and finally, Designer. As a strongly visual person. I love how working drawing reveal the physical details of objects from all angles… As a papercrafter, I am drawn to the intricacy and inherent…
