Junk Journal 100 Day Project Start
Last year, I discovered the Junk Journaling 100 Day Project well into its run. I didn’t know when it started and had no details about it. This year, by happenstance, I heard about it just a couple of days after it began. I stumbled across a YouTube video by Margarete Miller discussing her plans. I was watching an unrelated video by Margreth of SevenPlaza at the same time. Vintage Tile Printable Papers for Junk Journals
As a designer, I don’t have a favorite color per se… I like whatever color will do the job that needs doing. That said, I love blue in interior design. Blue is a color I can live with easily. I have always loved violets. I vividly remember when my dad purchased violets at the local garden store to plant under the Stewardia Dogwood in our backyard, when we lived in Timonium Maryland. Looking thru vintage postcards and garden catalogs, there were many violets and violet related designs available back at the end of the 18oos and early 1900s. Colorful Grunge Reverse Page Printable Papers for Junk Journals
Junk Journals are all about detail, textures, and layers. Rarely is a page, image, or element left to stand alone. When I use digital designs, I like to print the reverse sides with something, rather than leaving them plain. I have found this set of designs to be extremely flexible for that usage… I can dress them up with images tied to the theme of the journal, add pockets, or any other embellishment.
